Responsibilities:

Manage merchant inquiries from calls and email.

Work with payment partners and relative parties for operations and compliance updates.

Setup and maintain merchant accounts.

Collecting for account application.
-
Support ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
-
Degree holders.
-
Minimum 4 years working experience.
-
Knowledge in payment industry.
-
Exceptional organization and communication skill.
-
Knowledge in payment industry and ecommerce is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Daily reconciliation and settlement process duties
- Perform inward and outward remittance transactions
- Prepare daily and monthly report
- Assist in any ad hoc. Projects as assigned
Requirement:

- Active and provocative team player
- Fresh graduated will also be considered
